What a FANTASTIC review for my book by Felts by Philippa on You Tube.

THANK YOU Philippa.

Felts by Philippa is a very informative channel for anyone wanting to know more about needle felting. Highly recommended.

I'm very excited to announce I have been asked by Hubble & Hattie to write a second needle felting book, this time the subject will be British Wild Animals and will cover 4 species, Fox, Badger, Hare and Deer, though haven't decided what species of Deer yet.

The book will be completed for later this year, but publication date is subject to change and I couldn't be happier to be writing again.

These animals are amongst the most popular to be created by needle felters, so I hope to bring you even more tips and tricks to help you on your journey of creating beautiful, realistic animals in wool.

Here's a sneak preview.....

This latter half of the year has been a difficult time for me, having endured a life-changing urostomy operation and having to adjust to all that it brings, but thank goodness for my felting.

I have still managed to create the World of Wool needle felting kits as well as continue writing my much anticipated book, a link to pre-order is here! It's a very exciting time for me as a needle felter and author.

Unfortunately, the release date had to be put back a couple of months due to allowing time to recover from my operation, but back on track now. I hope needle felters around the world will find my tips and tricks useful and I am looking forward to seeing the breeds featured in the book being created with my step-by-step detailed instructions. Keep watch for announcements.

With great excitement, my book now on the third print run and only published 6 months ago as been given the award of 24th Best Felting Books of All Time!

I couldn't be more chuffed.
